Association Websites – meet the team made easy

When reviewing association websites, I check the contact details that are given for reaching the secretariat team. Very interesting exercise!

· 30% state email address and direct phone number

· 20% inform on email address but show no direct phone number

and the remaining 50% show the team but give no personal contact details or they do not show the secretariat team at all. Oh, on a positive note, some also give the direct LinkedIn profile.

Think about all the people that might want to get in touch DIRECTLY with the RIGHT person in your team – from EU institutions, stakeholders, members or media. Make life easier for them and show details how to contact your team members!
